When the industry was in its infancy, it became obvious to Ben Wilson, the founder of NextGEN360, that retailers and distributors operating in this exciting market would soon get with frustrated with international suppliers who missed delivery dates and manufactured e-liquids that weren’t of a high standard. We decided that if we were going to provide an exceptional service and become one of the industry’s leading businesses then we needed to take ownership of our e-liquid production. With this goal in mind, we started our first e-liquid production facility in Stockport, near Manchester.
Having the freedom to be able to create premium e-liquids and being able to manage the complete production cycle meant that we could provide the incredible levels of service that our customers deserved.
It is this service driven ethos which drives our whole business. We strive to lead the industry in every area of supply and in every business process.
Our investment in the latest production machinery and processes saw us being able to fulfil more client orders. More orders and more clients, in turn, drove the need for more machinery. The company was growing in size, and quickly. From our relatively humble beginnings we have already outgrown two premises and now reside in a 34,000sqft advanced e-liquid production centre in the north-west UK.
Current manufacturing capability is 75 million bottles per year.
NextGEN360’s success did not go unnoticed and in 2016 we were acquired by Thornton and Ross, the company behind leading brands such as Covonia, Zoflora and Hedrin.
Having the backing of a recognised pharmaceutical company has taken the business to service and production levels unmatched in the industry.
Our superior manufacturing capabilities provide the foundation for us to supply an exceptional mass market white label solution for shops and retail chains, both nationally and internationally.
